It’s so true – one of the little, wonderful joys of the fiber world is the Phat Fiber box.

What is the Phat Fiber box, you ask? OMGgggggg guys. It’s only the best treat that a fiber freak like me can get! It’s a monthly box of samples from the best, most innovative, coolest fiber artists – and it’s themed monthly, so there’s always wonderful surprises to be seen!

There’s three choices for your box – Fluff, Stitches, or Both. Fluff is all fiber goodies, with the occasional pattern, spindle, and/or stitch markers and other goodies. Stitches is yarn-oriented and again will have patterns, stitch markers, and other goodies. And both is.. well, a mix!

The fiber artists you’ll find contributing are a great tour of both well-known and up-and-coming folks in the yarn and fiber world. It’s a great way to get introduced to new artisans and maybe to play with a type of yarn or fiber that you’ve never tried before. And most of the participants offer sales and discounts for those who purchase the Phat Fiber box, so you just keep winning!

I’m an occasional participant in the Box, but I got introduced as a buyer… and fell in love. This past month’s theme was Art Nouveau, and it is just as lovely as you might imagine. My photos do NO justice to the samples!
