The end of the year is SO INTENSE!

 

I mean, you get a handful of special days that seem to come with a lot of expectations and potential baggage… so many holiday events and experiences that pile up, impossible to do them all… people to see, gifts to get or make, decorating… *deep breaths*

And then comes the organizing for the year to come: choosing focus, looking over what worked and didn’t, thinking about the directions we want to take and what we want to create between these holidays and the ones of next year. I personally spend a lot of time in thought between Christmas and New Year, assessing my mistakes, tallying my successes, and analyzing where I’d like to go in the future, armed with these results.
