Ladies and Gentlemen, a drumroll please… 2

If you follow me on Facebook, you know that I’ve been dropping hints about a Big Thing that’s happening with me and the biz… a Super Seekrit thing to tantalize and tease you. I’ve been dangling the secret long enough… here’s the BREAKING NEWS!

What is it, you ask? It is the room in which dreams are made, my friends.
Basically, I am opening a studio space in part of the upstairs level of Lovelyarns, which will allow me the freedom to process and dye more fiber – something that will benefit us all! The space is small, cozy, and motivational for me; and it’s in the Hampden area, which is full of art and funk and fun – there’s tons of inspiration everywhere you look and I plan to use that energy to my benefit!
I will also be able to eventually have workshop time available for color work and learning more about fiber. Of course, I’ll still have spinning classes happening, and I’ll be adding more advanced classes too. [finally, I know!]

I’ll be there starting August 1st – the first week will be moving in and setting up, of course – and the address is 3610 Falls Rd [right near the corner of Falls and 36th St]. Hours are by appointment only – you can drop me an email and we’ll talk about when you can come by for a visit!

You guys! I HAVE A STUDIO! *dances*

I am so thrilled for you about having your new space right over Lovely Yarn.
I really enjoyed your spinning class & have, when time allows, even managed to spin a bit more of the wool from that class into (I think) some nice yarn. I still have a bit more to spin.
Everyone I tell about taking your class is really impressed & I’m passing the word about your great classes & Lovely Yarn.
Looking forward to taking more classes with you in the future.

I owe you an email! Things have been super busy with the sudden studio opening – if you get a chance, I’d love it if you would stop by and play with fiber with me! Thank you so much for your support and kind words. You made my night!
